After fierce competition, Dr. Zheng Junxiong from Tsinghua University led the "High end Laser Optoelectronic Chip for AI" project of Shenzhen Zhongke Guangxin Semiconductor Technology Co., Ltd., and won the first prize in the finals with the highest total score among the two groups.

The European and American Alumni Association, founded in 1913, is a national organization for returning overseas students with a long history, a gathering of talents, and a wide influence. It is a mass, high intellectual, and united front people's organization under the leadership of the Party, a bridge and link between the Party and the vast number of overseas students, an assistant to the Party and the government in doing a good job in the work of overseas students, and a home for the vast number of overseas students. In 2003, the name of the "China Scholarship Council" was added.     At present, more than 1400 European and American student associations have been established, including 31 European and American student associations in provinces (regions, cities) and Xinjiang Production and Construction Corps, 15 European and American student associations in sub provincial cities, 240 European and American student associations in cities, prefectures, and leagues, and more than 670 European and American student associations in universities and research institutes. The current president is Ding Zhongli.
